In the Arts and Sciences division, Dartmouth employees are very passionate about there work and that passion trickles down through all levels of the staff.

Cons

While working at Dartmouth is great, life in the Upper Valley tends to get boring, it may be too rural for some.

The people are all really nice... I guess it's just a really casual work environment. Everybody leaves at lunch on Friday.

Cons

Not much to say about this... worked as an assistant at one of the offices. There are a tonne of people doing stupid bureaucratic stuff at Dartmouth.
