Cons

My position didn't have much long term potential for growth as a career. The location can be tough for some people.

Lots of time outside and in the woods, got to see a ton of what the school has to offer in the outdoors.

Cons

Work was long and grueling in often miserable weather. Work hours were very arbitrary.
