Great work environment with great experience especially for entry-level engineers. They put a heavy emphasis on growth and challenge employees to learn and improve. Promotions and pay raises come frequently for those who deserve it. While pay for engineers is salaried, we are still paid our "hourly" rate if we work more than 40 hours in a week.
