There are speed bumps with the leadership team who lack the ability to see past one quarter or think outside the box. Really excellent people who otherwise work at Dashlane

Pros

Coworkers are great, everyone is nice to each other. Unlimited PTO and Holidays are nice Medical Benefits aren't too shabby.

Cons

It seems like several people leave the organization every month which makes it depressing, especially if you made connections. The pay is lower than market standards. There's still no word of a 401k match, although leadership is always being pushed for it. A 3% annual "raise" is a slap in the face as that's just inflation.
