      - good training and ramp period where managers genuinely care about your success - decent leads that aren’t beat over the head already with calls from previous SDRs - positive team atmosphere with goals set on collective success

      The people. Smart, talent and ambitious. Very willing to help out- from listening, brainstorming, up to implementation

      Cons

      The CMO is a complete disaster. As a first time CMO, you want to offer him grace and give him the space to negative this role, but after 10+ team members leave and sight his behavior and experience as the reason for leaving, something has to be done- beside providing him a “coach”.
