      Pros

      Still very much a startup culture where if you have a good idea people will help you run with it. Everyone is trying to make the best product and customer experience possible. Large presence in France so there are some nice European aspects of the culture, like lunch breaks, normal working hours, unlimited PTO, generous child leave policies.

      Pros

      Dashlane has a familiar environment: everyone is kind and has really lovely activities among employees. Everyone is highly qualified for their job and they are paid accordingly, usually higher than the market. I can't complain about the salary that I got, it was a real blessing. The culture is NOT overworking at all, everyone treats mental health seriously. they have great programs to aid employees with their needs, you won't feel mistreated.

      Cons

      The only con is that Dashlane is not the market leader. I would say they come as runner-ups for the place of best password manager extension (judging by public perception), even though I prefer it over the competitors (I was a user before being an employee). It's hard to predict whether the company will follow the market leader regarding funds raised or if it will stop growing.
