      Pros

      A very relaxed culture as the company is headquartered in France. Generally kind people.

      Cons

      Sometimes given the relaxed culture it feels like the company moves at a slower pace and struggles to keep ahead and meet user expectations. Projects also always felt a bit chaotic and would go from being planned to be worked on to unplanned quite often. Felt like leadership wasn’t 100% confident on a path forward.
