      Great WLB, but limited opportunities if you’re trying to develop your career in tech

      Pros

      Great WLB Colleagues are easy to get along with and really nice

      Cons

      Product has a ways to go to be able to compete with competitors or other cyber security tools. Sales team only has a few members who consistently hit quota each month. Due to the flexible nature of this job, it at times feels like management treats Dashlane as more of a hobby than an actual career. Manager would consistently go on vacations without informing his employees until the day of being gone, or just not tell us at all. Great company to work for if you want to be able to “get away” with putting in minimal effort.

      Pros

      They don’t just talk the talk, they also walk the walk. When they say they care about their employees and DEI- they mean it. They show it. It’s not lip service.

      Cons

      -No 401k match, -5 day work week (as opposed to other tech companies that work 4/32, paid for 5/40) -No WFA stipend at this time, but they do provide you with the essentials.

      Pros

      Well run and very organized recruiting team when I worked there. A lot of people to learn from if you take the initative. Really fun and engaging culture in NYC. True late stage start-up environment

      Cons

      Long term vision of the product was unclear. They stopped hiring second half of 2020 :(
