- Plenty of work to be done in any position - time flies - Change in management has started the move towards becoming a stronger competitor in its industry - Good health care plan

Cons

- Overworked and very under paid - Proud of being a "lean" company, yet wonder why the number one spot in the industry is stil out of reach - Only recently shifting attention to career development and training of current employees - Too much bureaucracy; getting important things done takes much longer than is expected of a high functioning firm - Out of touch with current standards of accomplishing high performance - Average age of employees is easily over 40 - Lack of diversity (education, age, background, experience, ethnicity) - No type of feedback on performance/work
