Pros

Good Pay & Great Benifits for the area. Good Chance for advancement. They are willing to invest in schooling for employees.

Cons

French are hard to work with. The language barrier between the French and Americans makes some of the bigger tasks difficult. The French are sometimes deadline motivated so much that they force work quality to suffer.
