Once it bought RUAG and TAG Aviation we were treated as a subsidary company and what we can read and hear frm DASSAULT in France nothing like that was applicable in Switzerland

Hmm...it is a typical French company. Average pay with 5 weeks annual leave. A company let you enjoy your summer holidays until you burn out all your money.
