      Pros

      Social gatherings in the first year. Work-life balance isn't bad. Most in the company workforce are good people.

      Cons

      There is a distinct gap between workers and management. Benefits are ok but a bit expensive for a family.

      Great Company, Just a Not a Fit

      Pros

      Fairly relaxed atmosphere. Small company, so feels like a family.

      Cons

      Needed to work on helping employees feel more valued, also since they are growing, they needed to assess their current employees to see if the workload was well distributed.
