      Pros

      Every employee is an important part of the success, no one is just a number that is disposable. There is a sense of family, we are all valued and have a voice at the table. We are given the opportunities to grow and develop.

      Cons

      While the growth has been rapid and we've had to work through a lot of changes in a short amount of time, it's given us all the opportunity to grow and have a long career at DBE.

      Pros

      Provides the tools, training and support to allow you to succeed. Currently doing some department restructuring that is allowing for many more career opportunities than were previously available.

      Cons

      There are several redundant processes

      Pros

      I can't think of any reasons to stay besides the job market is tough.

      Cons

      Executive leadership acts like they care about you, but they don't. They talk about employees behind their back. The GM creates a fear based culture and gets sloppy drunk at employee events, enables employees he likes to get away with murder while laying the hammer down on employees that he doesn't like or that are a threat to him. Very male dominated. Morale is very low.
