      This is a software mill with lots of dishonesty

      No benefits that another company cant provide

      Very politically charged environment and the CEO is not the nicest person. I dont think i can post a lot of details directly. But my advice to people is please look for other opportunities also.Looking at your employee as no more than some one who can make money for you is a terrible stratey, please any organization should show some sensitivity to its employees needs.

      Easy to get a job

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and only there because they could never get a job anywhere else. They treat employees like slaves. No raises, no recognition, no training. They try to lengthen projects to stay on at state agencies as long as possible. If the taxpayers only knew.

      I did not find any good reason to work here,but many reasons to quit though

      Management is very incapable.They treat Employees like slaves.if you wanted to be treated right just get out of there,then you will know your capability.
