      Great Place, Great People!

      Pros

      I have worked in several different industries for several companies, and Data Dimensions is the best thus far. The PTO is the best I have ever had, and we also get bonus days off when there isn't a national holiday that month! Pay is great and benefits are good. The rates did just go up, but I compared to several friends and mine was the lowest. I love that the company is so philanthropic and is so supportive of the communities we are in.

      There are many different job functions and facets of the organization that can make it tricky to understand how everything works.

      You work at home everday.

      Cons

      Everything. This company is unorganized, micromanaging to extreme. Dictations and no follow through. Empty promises and extreme disrespect for homeworkers. Extreme overtime. I commited to 30 hrs a week with some possible OT, and worked 46 hrs a week since January. Last minute notice on overtime as well. Work before family company. Tried to make extreme hours seem ok by doing a $5 gift card drawing each week. What a joke. That was a bigger slap in the face then the mislead promises. Would never recommend this job.

      Benefits are okay for a local employer.

      Cons

      Not as aggressively involved locally. Salary positions are driven to a bad work/life balance. Not a family friendly employer since company sold to private equity firm.
