Not a nice place to work.

Pros

They offer a work at home position that seems good at the time. But you end up making minimum wage after they play games with your input speed and mistakes. Working in the office isn't any better because they watch you like a hawk.

Cons

The pay is miserable. And no benefits. They act "fake nice" when you're new, then you see the real side's of people after you work there. I've seen really good workers let go for no reason, and others who weren't as good get to stay because they're friends with the right people. Supposedly you get 20 days off a year, but their hard to get because the supervisors won't approve it. The same people get holidays off every time. And don't get sick or have surgery unless your "in" with the right people because theyll fire you.

Flexible, but poor benefits

Pros

If you're a homeworker, you can get: - Flexible work hours - work at home - Decent 401k plan. up to 6% match. Best for moms who want to be able to stay at home. Good option for part time workers.

Cons

Benefit package is poor. - They offer health insurance but the premiums are very high so it's very expensive to get it. - Dental insurance rates are decent so that's good. - Vacation/paid days very poor. As a homeworker, you earn 1 paid day per every year of service. E.g. if you've worked for them for 5 years, you get only 5 paid days total. They do give you a lot of unpaid days though. 20+ days total.
