      Pros

      let me say that the drastically differing reviews stem form the drastically diferent work situations between salary and non salary employees. If you are a salaried worker it's a decent work place not so much for the production floor workers. Benefits are solid for salaried. Lots of growing pains, communication issues and over worked under staffed workers.

      Cons

      I have been at worse companies and I have been at better. Biggest concern is management pays a lot of lip service to ideals and goals and how they treat their employees but does not follow thru with much substance. Some of the management people are poor and HR is definetly lost. Finally compensation for salaried at least is definetly below average and raises are few and far between. They used to have lots of nice bonuses those have been disappearing fast. Oh and the five start reviews are too perfect too good to be true they reek of being planted by management NO job has ZERO cons and is perfect.

      management, terrible communication, it's all about the money

      Not much room for advancement

      Pros

      Good management- took the time to meet with employees and hear any questions or concerns. Outlook for employment also good.

      Cons

      Not many chances to advance-even after two years, long hours (can be forced to do overtime) with short breaks (30 min), certain work can seem repetitive. Sitting for long hours.
