Pros

Benefits. If you like to work ALOT of mandatory overtime then you will like working at Data Dimensions.

Cons

It is a stressful place to work. You work on "piece rate" so if you can't work fast you will get fired or get moved to another job. Your pay is based on how much you produce. Your checks will always be different and you'll wonder why they are the amount they are. Co-workers talk a lot and it's hard to concentrate because the room is noisy with chit chat and people singing to their personal music. This makes your ability to make "piece rate" impossible. Employees are always getting yelled at and moved to different seats because of talking. It's like a high school atmosphere. You will always wonder if your going to get fired because of "piece rate." The reason Data dimensions is always hiring is because they have a huge turn around. People quit or they get fired. It's not a secure job.

Pros

Decent pay for some jobs, their current government contract, the only reason it is decent is because the government forces them to pay a certain amount, others at the company are poorly paid. Lots of work, overtime if you want it. They contribute to local charities and give out incentives now and then.

Cons

Treat people very poorly. They have mandatory overtime and work people until they quit. Their female 3rd shift supervisor definitely has poor people skills and favorites. If you are one minute over on a break you will get an occurance - you can't make it up - ridiculous! Can't even go the bathroom!

Feeling harassed.

Pros

I love my job and the work I do.

Cons

After years of doing my job, myself and others are being told we need to stand to do our work. This feels like we are being harassed. There is no reason given for why we must comply or be fired. The only way out of this is to have your doctor fill out a long and confusing form they provide. I have already heard some doctors are refusing to use the form. Many of us have non-medical limitations. Bad feet, knees, hip or back pain. Any one of a certain age is sure to have some kind of arthritis. Non of this prevents us from doing our job in a seated position. Why in the world would you impose this on your workers? I feel bad for the older workers. I have been here a long time but this is the meanest thing I have seen so far.
