Laid back environment at HQ Hands on in IT department Coworkers are nice to work with on a daily basis

Stress Everything breaks for no reason Stress Too many priority 1 projects at once, with the same ppl on each project Stress Poor leadership Company moto was "pound the rock", need I say more! 401k plan is a joke

Low health insurance premium for singles but high deductible. There absolutely aren't any pros, it will teach you a life lesson on how not to treat others.

Cons

Can you stand in one place for 10 hrs and not be in pain? Can you accept never getting a raise? Can you try your hardest to make piece rate only to fail and be ok with it? Do you enjoy an abusive relationship with your employer? Are you ok with people making the same as you who work at Walmart, and you are handling government documents? If yes, it's the place for you
