As a document Processor the work is tolerable and the pay is above average for an entry level position in this area.

Cons

Due to unrealistic managerial goals, all departments are mandated to work 10 hour days and at least 1 Saturday a month. No opportunity for advancement.

There were really no cons they were always there if employees needed something

Great team within the department. Fun and challenging work that keeps the job interesting. Great pay.

Cons

Unrealistic timelines on projects. Needing to work long hours for free (after 40 hours). Expectations of doing routine changes at odd hours over the weekend. Bonuses that made pushing through bad times easier to take have been eliminated.
