      Growing Pains

      Pros

      Good schedule and good pay. The work we do helps veterans. Friendly atmosphere and great coworkers. The company is growing, which is exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      The government work isn't guaranteed, which makes team members worry because of the uncertainty and that's understandable. The workload for everyone from entry level to upper management is a bit much to handle at times, but when a company is growing I think this is to be expected. I think everyone should try to keep in mind that it won't be like this forever, and things will level out eventually.

      Pros

      The work we do directly helps veterans.

      Cons

      Upper management is a joke. Letting great employees go and keeping lazy ones. Not being kept in the loop about the status of our employment while waiting for our new contract. Not a true "piece rate" job being as you have no control over the types of documents in each file. It is sad when many of the employees are hoping for a mass layoff just like what happened to third shift. Very embarrassing how this company is run.

      Pros

      Money, able to do whatever you want, come in high, sell drugs, supervisors have affairs with employees. It's great if you wanna feel like trash daily. Hard work doesn't pay here, do less go further

      Cons

      Lots of talk no action, don't follow guidelines at all, I'm surprised they have a handbook it's never used
