Upper management has been going through a transformation. New leadership with a COO and CFO have now been added. Additional promotions and changes have been made in HR. Exciting things are happening culture wise as well.

Cons

Move faster to implement ZAPP in all facets of the company.

Good pay, good benefits, decent coworkers, lots of opportunities for advancement, convenient hours, the work makes you feel like you are making a difference

Cons

out of touch upper management, sometimes unrealistic job requirements, some overtime (mandatory) on weekends, HR is often unresponsive and not helpful.

dont work for these guys,,i understand a company wants to make money but to screw ur employees doing that is selfish

free lunch every once in a while, that"s the only positive thing to be said, first and second shift was allowed to pick threw boxes that would be easier to process there for were able to go faster and make more money saw this personally several times and when i addressed this to management was told not to concern myself with other shifts!

Cons

was at the meeting where we were told on third shift that everything was fine and not to worry about our jobs that there was plenty of work. they had this meeting because there were rumors of third shift being layed off for over a month before.
