Nothing has changed!

Pros

Some friendly people- work is easy but redundant and mind numbing

Cons

Well I see from the reviews that nothing has changed at Data Dimensions, in the way they treat their employees. I worked there for almost three years transitioning from their subsidiary. Policies constantly changing or not being enforced fairly across the board or some people being promoted to positions they are not qualified for but because they are "friendly" with upper management. I attempted to discuss issues with management and ended up being labeled as having a" bad attitude" just because I felt that all employees should be treated the same and policies should be enforced equally and those that were in positions to enforce policy should not "pick and choose" who they would apply discipline too. Lack of communication among co-workers was rampant and then supervisors getting upset because something wasn't completed correctly, well if you don't inform people how are they suppose to know? The company should change their mission statement to: You should be grateful we employee you! That was the attitude they portrayed.

Pros

I've been at Data Dimensions for almost two years, and I have no plans to ever leave. It's by far the best job I've had. I have a flexible schedule, I'm paid well for what I do, and I have lots of PTO available when I want or need it. All of the employees seem to be friendly and cheerful (the complete opposite of my last company which was totally depressing because everyone was always in a bad mood). I feel like I'm left alone to do my job, and not micro-managed, yet there is always support there when I need it. The company does a lot for the community, and they also *try* to do "fun" things for employees in order to keep spirits up/show appreciation/have fun. I know there are opportunities for advancement because I have seen many people promoted just in the short time I've been here.

Cons

There is a comprehensive benefits package and the premiums aren't TOO bad, however, the deductible is very high. I feel like I'm doing alright seeing as that is my ONLY complaint.

Pros

Good management- took the time to meet with employees and hear any questions or concerns. Outlook for employment also good.

Cons

Not many chances to advance-even after two years, long hours (can be forced to do overtime) with short breaks (30 min), certain work can seem repetitive. Sitting for long hours.
