      New owners do not care about employees

      Pros

      Fellow employees. Hours are decent.

      Cons

      Not sure why previous review said we receive bonuses. Those were taken away years ago. Company says they listen to feedback. That's a joke. No bonus for hard work. Ever! Piece rate changes when employees work harder. So we are supposed to work faster for less money. But as we were told by upper management, money isn't important.

      Pros

      It pays the bills and qualifies you for standard health care benefits. Most positions don't require working any weekends.

      Cons

      Most of the negatives have been gone over in detail in other reviews. The only thing I will comment on is how out of touch the management is. The average hourly production team member is miserable yet HR and corporate level employees completely ignore us and write misleading feedback on how great the company is to work for. New hires learn within a couple months this is not a place that cares about the "little" people. With a lot of other local companies hiring now I only see the high turnover rate getting worse.

      Brought in as contract, then hired direct, then in less than 3 months time the new CIO laid off ENTIRE SQA TEAM!

      Pros

      The developers were great! Very knowledgeable. Work itself was interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      The CIO. Brought on an entire SQA team then months later, after personally telling them that nothing would be changing. Then let them all go due to the re-organization that he was implementing. Some of these people had other offers at the time of being hired on. They under pay market and want to send work overseas.
