Nothing has changed!

Pros

Some friendly people- work is easy but redundant and mind numbing

Cons

Well I see from the reviews that nothing has changed at Data Dimensions, in the way they treat their employees. I worked there for almost three years transitioning from their subsidiary. Policies constantly changing or not being enforced fairly across the board or some people being promoted to positions they are not qualified for but because they are "friendly" with upper management. I attempted to discuss issues with management and ended up being labeled as having a" bad attitude" just because I felt that all employees should be treated the same and policies should be enforced equally and those that were in positions to enforce policy should not "pick and choose" who they would apply discipline too. Lack of communication among co-workers was rampant and then supervisors getting upset because something wasn't completed correctly, well if you don't inform people how are they suppose to know? The company should change their mission statement to: You should be grateful we employee you! That was the attitude they portrayed.

Pros

You work at home everday.

Cons

Everything. This company is unorganized, micromanaging to extreme. Dictations and no follow through. Empty promises and extreme disrespect for homeworkers. Extreme overtime. I commited to 30 hrs a week with some possible OT, and worked 46 hrs a week since January. Last minute notice on overtime as well. Work before family company. Tried to make extreme hours seem ok by doing a $5 gift card drawing each week. What a joke. That was a bigger slap in the face then the mislead promises. Would never recommend this job.

Pros

I really cant say anything nice about this company. This company is not run by tecnology but by greed, the more money in thier pockets and the less life you will have. I cant even say I would give them 1 star . But you have to put something.

Cons

They don't care about their employees all they care about is the big fat bonuses they get if WE make their goals each month. There is nothing but favoritism going on with the bosses, if your lucky you will be all out of sick days and the boss will give you a pass if your one of HER favorites. If not you take off you'll get fired. Its like working with a bunch of kinder-gardeners as the management team. They also will never tell you good job just work ,work ,work, got to make our numbers . Its all about the MONEY for them they don't care about the employees . They proven that when they stole our money and got caught doing. And then when they didn't tell us about the LEAD in the building and wasn't going to until they were seen. And confronted about it also the carbon monoxide in the air too... O and don't try for a new position, they pick who they want and do not care if they fit the job or not. So don't waste your time trying.
