Everything else. Poor management, low/non-existent upward momentum, unreasonable or unclear expectations, poor work/life balance. The health insurance is abysmal and the "flexible PTO" just means that you'll be taking less PTO because you're always overworked and can't find time to take a day or two off.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your many years of service at Data Innovations. We truly appreciate your dedication and the time you spent contributing to our mission.
We’re glad to hear you found value in our compensation and remote work flexibility. We’re especially proud of our culture and benefits, which many of our employees consistently highlight as key strengths of working at DI. That said, we understand that individual experiences can vary, and we take all feedback seriously.
Your comments about workload, expectations, and team strain are important. We recognize that sustaining growth requires thoughtful planning and support, and we’re committed to ensuring our teams feel empowered, appreciated, and heard.
Thank you again for your feedback.
I enjoy the WFH aspect of working at DI. The coworkers I work with are mostly fun, like-minded and don't take themselves too seriously. We have a goal in mind and work together to achieve it.
Cons
The company culture has turned much more corporate in the past few years which I don't enjoy but it thankfully hasn't had an impact on the type of people who join the company.
