Pros

High paced environment with many opportunities to learn. Opportunity to travel, meet clients, and attend events. State of the art platform and technology. Great product.

Cons

Lack of respect for employees time and work life balance. Employees are not treated equally and are constantly taken for granted. Base compensation alone is not competitive, you are expected to bank your time and hope for a good quarterly bonus that may or may not arrive. Dedicated employees are expected to pick up the slack of those that are not putting in the effort. This causes much overtime without pay (salary employee). No 401K match, expensive health insurance. PTO does not roll over year to year, due to heavy hours and workloads many times you lose your time and do not get compensated for it.

Pros

I really love working here DSI it is a great place. I work in development we have a bunch of great benefits like health care, free gym, quarterly bonus, competitive salaries. A very cool break room with xboxOne, arcade, pool table, and dart table. Also have a company kitchen.

Cons

For Development not a lot of opportunities for career advancement. Causes DSI to loose a lot of talented people

Pros

DSI employees some of the smartest people in the industry, you will learn a lot working with them. The work/life balance is very family-friendly. Performance and teamwork here are top priorities, if you don't perform well or don't fit in with the team culture, you should move on, we will ask you to if you don't see it yourself (hence, some of the sore-former-employee reviews you see). Excellent total compensation. Low turnover.

Cons

Not a problem for most, but since DSI isn't a very large company there aren't lots of upward-moving positions available is that's what you are looking for. You will be expected to contribute, there are no positions that are for slackers.
