Unstable. Layoffs/firing C-Level, VP-level individuals and entire departments without reason or warning are common. Frequent changes in company direction that significantly change your position while you have it

Most of the people are great. Relaxed environment. Decent work-life balance. Personal Holiday and Volunteer Day. Free gym membership at OneLife. Nice office and fun break rooms.

Cons

The only time they ask for employee feedback is when they're competing to be listed as one of Kansas City's Best Places to Work. That tells you how much (and why) they care. At least in Development, there's not much potential for career growth. No 401K match. But you're able to receive bonuses. But even if you do your part and perform your job well you could still miss out on your bonus which ends up feeling like a punch in the gut. Employee pays for parking. $90 a month to park inside connected garage.
