It is still the worst company I have ever worked for

Pros

I can't think of a single one; there were so many issues to document. The only positive thing I can recall is you get to work in a very modern skyscraper building with a fancy appearance. But it's a visual trap.

Cons

The staff turns over incredibly quickly. The leadership is very poor in growing the business, maintaining functional technology, but also in supporting the people who work here.

Pros

Work hard, play hard. Those who put in the effort on a daily basis are rewarded for their hard work. Those who want to just coast tend to be let go by management. As long as you come in and are ready to roll up your sleeves, the compensation is great and the benefits are even better. We are a hardworking team, and we know it.

Cons

It can be hard to choose between family and work sometimes, finding balance can be challenging.

• Lots of opportunities to cultivate selling skills. Since joining the team, I’ve learned a lot from my senior colleagues. Take this job if you’re willing to work hard and sell our product to customers around the world. • Great opportunities to advance within the company based on performance and results. • Solid communication both within your team and across teams

Cons

Laptops could be better; but they work. More are expected soon, so I guess it’s not a con…. Just something we could improve on in coming years.
