Pros

There has been a leadership overhaul in the last year or so and they are AMAZING. The amount of incredible talent being brought on, as well, is very exciting to see. You can tell that we are bringing in quality and talent in at every level. We are small enough to be completely empowered to do our best work and to heard and make an impact. But big enough and powerful enough to make a huge splash in our market.

Cons

With any company that is going through a transformation and re-imagining of their business, there is hiccups. During our transformation the last 5 years there has been a few layoffs. Now more than ever, though, we have a great plan and are hiring better and more people than ever!

-Ruled by a Dictator -Keep your head down low. If you do shine, be on the right side of the CEO (That wont last long) -CEO way or the highway -CEO has too many personal agendas. Benefiting himself more than the company -No respect of culture or differences -If you do not follow the herd, you will be called out and ridiculed -You are just a tool. You can be dispose any moment -Direction, messaging, focus always changing -High turnover -Had too many different managers in that period of time -No guidance or feedback from managers -No proper communications between managers and yourself -You have the power to come up with ideas but will be punished if you fail. Basically you are gambling -Very short term vision List can go on and on. Im glad that I am no longer there.
