Pros

1. Great leadership despite other reviews suggesting otherwise. I've worked for numerous (successful) software companies in the past 10 years and leadership at DSI is head and shoulders above them all. 2. Support for remote employees. There is a real understanding of the challenges of being a remote employee and incredible steps have been taken to ensure success of all remote staff. 3.Compensation is in line and competitive across the industry. 4. Great team of people that genuinely care about eachother. The 'DSI Family' is a real thing and it makes being a part of the team something special.

Cons

The keg in the games room is sometimes empty.

Pros

The team is fully aligned, we are tighter than ever as it relates to our ability to bounce back after Covid19. We have become a solid family due to this whole situation and I appreciate more than ever the company that I work for and the team around me.

Cons

Very little issues apart from the fact that our competition keeps on throwing FUD that is simply not true and factual.

Pros

Having worked at DSI for over two years I was part of the small dynamic team in EMEA, during this period I was given a lot of opportunity to grow and benefitted from some great leadership, all whilst working with a great group of people that made coming to work an enjoyable experience. Whilst being based in EMEA, I did work closely with my US counterparts and COVID actually brought us all closer together.

Cons

As with a lot of comments on here ill agree the bonus structure is a bit of a vague subject, I was on a bonus plan but never recieved anything over my tenure. Additionally I never had the opportunity to do any formal training or qualifications, however I know others in my region and globally have gone on various courses to further develop their skill sets. The final note I'll add here is sometimes I dont believe different departments are motivated in the right way, on a marketing team meeting we were told that "the CEO doesnt appreciate or value what the marketing department does."
