Pros

The projects are usually dynamic and interesting, working instructions are clear. Unlinke similar companies, task supervision is in-line with the local culture they ask workers to review. Communication with workers while not perfect is far superior when compared to its peers.

Cons

Available workload is variable, but this has more to do with the nature of the industry than with the company itself.

Pros

The job is so flexible you can work whenever you want and the pay is great unlike other similar sites, the purpose of the job is also clear.

Cons

Not many tasks are available you can and you don't sign a contract, you can get banned without knowing the reason or what you did wrong and rarely you get a feedback about your work to improve it. This is the major issue i think if there is a better communication between the support and the workers it would build a better work environment.

Supportive team and organized workflow

Pros

Flexible working hours suitable for part-timers. Supportive communication and quick responses. Tasks are straightforward and well-structured.

Cons

Occasional technical issues during submission. Sometimes the workload is low, and there are periods when no new tasks are available at all. There is no clear or timely notification when new projects or qualifications become available, which sometimes leads to missed opportunities. Additionally, the workflow is not consistent, and we can go days or even weeks without any tasks.

Pros

This is one of the best companies I've dealt with in terms of providing knowledge before work begins and being very flexible in constantly improving standards to suit their requirements, employee skills, and cultures.

Cons

The only problem was communication with the managers initially; it was difficult, but over time things started to improve.

Pros

You can work the hours you want to work. It fits in as either a full-time or part-time job.

Cons

I have only been there two weeks now. I have had issues with the report time link, which is where you enter hours worked. I contacted support four times and never heard back. There is not any other option to contact the company. The chat is for questions on projects and is moderated, but is mostly a community group where people answer each other questions. To sum it up: Company response is non-existent in my case. Have to chase down my pay, They do no pay for many "Qualification" tasks (This is taking tests and sample questions to qualify to get more work) I have not yet been paid for the work that is logged. There is still two days till I can request a transfer. So, I cannot speak to how the actual payment is working. There is a time period from when you submit work till those hours are approved and a payment request be activated. In my experience, I spent over 18 hours reading and taking tests that I didn't get paid for. So for me, it isn't a good option. I have read good and bad experiences all over the feeds on DataAnnotation. Some people have good experiences and others have similar experiences to mine. My time and skills are what I am selling and if I have to spend hours on unpaid activities, it is a red flag and I move on to other opportunities.
