Pros

They pay a considerate compensation and the payment is pretty straight forward even though we need to wait for a few days until it was paid.

Cons

Lack of communication and sometimes I waited too long to get a new project so we can't rely on this if we want a full time job

Pros

The application process was rather easy, the pay is good (IF there is work) and you have complete flexibility about your hours and work location.

Cons

Work is highly unreliable, you can literally go months without a single project. Also, they don't provide information needed for tax purposes (like their tax number, etc.), which can be highly problematic when you're doing your taxes as a freelancer.

Pros

You work on your time and get exposed to a vast range of domains, provided you qualify for many projects spanning different domains. Pay is great for the freedom.

Cons

Projects can be lacking and this can happen without warning. Many workers on the platform may feel as though they are in the dark about why they started receiving less work. More clarity could be good, but the nature of the work and platform does make this difficult.
