Pros

Chill job. Nobody breathing down your neck all day.

Cons

They don’t like to promote you and don’t like to pay overtime. If you want to get paid more then you have to do like everyone else does. Get your experience level up then leave and go to another company.

Pros

People working in the Ops team are great at multiple locations

Cons

Technicians are used as a catch all for the rest of the buisness. Some days are full of building desks and doing general maintanence for other departments while tickets and maintanence stacks up. Pay rate was well below other companies for experienced techs, not very willing to give out raises to techs
