      Pros

      Hands down, best culture of any company I've worked for or with. L1 & L2 executive transparency and communication is excellent. Clearly defined company goals and the metrics are shared. Solid Private Equity investment. Company Growth is thoughtful and openly discussed. Historically, hasn't done layoffs, unlike our competitors. Tons of training opportunities for certification and career advancement. Excellent benefits. Employee feedback is taken seriously and shared with everyone. Customer & staff concerns are priorities. Quality of life is highly valued and encouraged.

      Cons

      Very lean ship (which is one reason why there haven't been layoffs). The process for gaining approval for, and achieving, head count is drawn out and laborious. Individual Advancement and lateral opportunities are infrequent, although to be fair, internal recruitment is heavily preferred. The Mentor program has been expanded to help improve opportunity access and communication.

      Pros

      DataBank hires people and current employees train them. It's a good company to learn the trades. Teams are usually very supportive of coworkers.

      Cons

      Most positions are underpaid. Work load is not well defined and new regular recurring tasks are piled on until it becomes overwhelming and even impossible to get everything done.
