Pros

There are good people at the bottom of this organization.

Cons

Anyone considering entering into a relationship with them should ask for and verify references (be sure you are talking about like services). Have your legal team scrutinize contracts (very important).

Pros

A good training ground for new data center technician role. A technician will have an experience managing and monitoring BMS and other critical infrastructure equipment in a data center aside from occasional cabling cat6 and fiber optics cable as cross connect installs.

Cons

Company only pays low rate compared to other Data Center Companies in Seattle.

Pros

Decent entre level job into data centers.

We appreciate the contributions you made to DataBank during your tenure here. The Data Center Technician (DCT) role can be one of the most demanding roles at DataBank as you are on the front lines every day delivering the best customer experience in our industry. But it’s also one of the most heralded roles at DataBank: our 2022 annual holiday episode of Keymaster – our company-wide trivia game show – was dedicated to our DC Ops organization and featured DCTs as contestants. And it’s why we’ve tried hard to make it one of the most rewarding roles at DataBank as well with dedicated recognition programs, spot bonuses, extensive training and development, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time-off, and new career paths and promotions into engineering and support roles.
