Departments are very incapable of communicating with each other and customers in order to complete tasks.

Salaries are the lowest for certain roles that I’ve ever seen in my career, with overloads of work and high expectations. This is the perfect example of Overworked and Underpaid. They need to get with the 21st century with all that work they have over there.

Still some bad management practice's left over from former Zayo/zColo .
