Great group of employees. Expanding locations so head count should be growing.

Cons

HR / Payroll slow to update internal payroll pages, causing confusions. Slow to compensate employees fairly, There was some improvement in 2024. If you let them know you are struggling with an life event, they will find a way to get rid of you.

Pros

The company is growing so you have a chance to make a difference

Cons

Leadership doesn't listen to chronic problems that need to be fixed, big company trying to act like a small company, the amount of holidays they give are so low, employees that have been there a while make less than the new hires, multiple people in the company are toxic and nothing is done about it
