Pretty great place to work overall, but little job security. Layoffs happen seemingly at random

Pretty great place to work, very competent, SMART employees

Cons

Have had several rounds of layoffs, even after stating we had plenty of runway. One employee was laid off about a month before her seemingly generous maternity leave started.. this rubbed me the wrong way being that they promote family oriented employees.
