Pros

Truly remarkable place to work at! - Very supportive, super transparent and result driven leadership! - Every member of the company is so talented, bright and fun to work with - Atmosphere in the office is very positive and welcoming - You learn something new and interesting every day - Demand for the product DataGrail is offering is growing rapidly - Team is growing fast and future seems really bright and promising - Feedback is always encouraged, appreciated and acted upon really fast. This is huge! - Company culture is awesome and getting better and better every day

Cons

To be honest, nothing really stands out as Cons! One challenge we are facing is the office space. It's getting smaller as we are growing, but this is being addressed, so I guess it's all good. :)

Pros

- Truly down-to-earth, genuine, and kind team of collaborative people - Tons of opportunity for career growth and learning - Strong product-market fit; we are solving a very real problem for customers - Fantastic work environment and culture - team works hard, is super productive, yet you hear laughter in the office all day long - Everyone's opinions and input are valued and heard, regardless of position/ seniority. Everyone is treated equally and encouraged to provide input - Founding team truly care about employees

Cons

- Not unique to DataGrail, but it is a startup so there are challenges with limited resources and managing work-life balance from time to time. However, it's not nearly as bad as I've experienced at other companies.

Pros

- Leaders continue to provide a detailed look into the company's vision and also additional insight into the product roadmap - The company is structured around speaking plainly, being kind and collaborative, and encourages a very creative problem-solving approach - Team members are relatable and personable - it makes for a psychologically safe environment where I feel I can ask questions, make mistakes, and express my opinion - The ramp period had defined goals and measurable steps to help me hit those milestones. Training is something they take very seriously, which makes you feel like you are getting the support you need to start finding your place within the team - Meetings run on-time and stick to an agenda (mostly) :) And when meetings could be replaced with emails or other communication channels, those cases are reviewed and adjusted - Providing thoughtful, concise, and honest feedback is important feature of the culture. Leadership has defined the process using the framework: what went well and what would you do differently - Overall, the team's excitement for the industry and challenges they are tackling are infectious - and their level of engagement in the conversation is refreshing

Cons

- Given how much the privacy environment is currently changing, there is a lot of re-education and new content to stay ahead of
