Pros

I get to work with top-tier talent towards solving an important problem that is felt all over the world. I trust my peers and leadership. Most of all, I love my team! There is definitely a human element to my role and I’m grateful I consider my coworkers friends.

Cons

This is a startup environment — you need to be someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, adapts quickly, and has a bias for action. Not everything is as structured as more mature companies.

DataGrail is an incredible company with hard working individuals who are passionate about what they are doing. Work-life balance is fantastic for being a start up and the overall benefits of the company are unheard of for our size. Product market fit is there and with the future of privacy laws, will only get stronger.

Cons

We're still in start up mode so be prepared to put in the effort and sometimes wear multiple hats.
