Pros

Fully remote, clear company vision, good management that doesn't get in the way, incredible benefits

Cons

Hours can be long but comes with the territory. Processes aren't completely mature but are improving.

Pros

Acryl is a small but tightly knit team full of driven and intelligent people. I've never been part of an organization with a culture that's so to the point and open about what people do and don't think is going well at the company. I feel that the leadership is great at stimulating and listening to conversation about how to improve the team. I really love working here, and I'm thankful I was able to find such a great workplace

Cons

The remote work environment can be a little hectic, and sometimes things can get lost in the shuffle. It's still a growing company and has a lot of process that's still being worked out/ solidified. If you're coming from a more experienced background it's a great opportunity to make your mark on a younger company.
