Pros

Acryl is a small but tightly knit team full of driven and intelligent people. I've never been part of an organization with a culture that's so to the point and open about what people do and don't think is going well at the company. I feel that the leadership is great at stimulating and listening to conversation about how to improve the team. I really love working here, and I'm thankful I was able to find such a great workplace

Cons

The remote work environment can be a little hectic, and sometimes things can get lost in the shuffle. It's still a growing company and has a lot of process that's still being worked out/ solidified. If you're coming from a more experienced background it's a great opportunity to make your mark on a younger company.

- The full team is genuinely dedicated to supporting and building the open-source DataHub Community - Everyone is highly-motivated, extremely talented & collaborative, and empathetic in their approach to work - High levels of autonomy and support from leadership to take on high-impact work - High levels of transparency into company-level goals and outcomes; equal balance of communicating the good with the bad to keep us grounded in how the company is doing

Cons

We're still navigating growing pains and figuring out which routines/processes are required to support our global team. Communication and async collaboration can be challenging, but the full team is putting forth a genuine effort to find a solution that suits everyone.
