      This company has good benefits and competitive salary for field positions. Job lets you be independent as you will work on your own if you like that

      Higher level management does not look at work needs of the employee as many cuts have occurred causing employees to do double duty with work load

      Pros

      The company had a great vision, most of the coworkers are/were great, hours were pretty flexible, opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      The management is distant and doesn't communicate at all, no new contracts, spent too much money on a lackluster cyber product, hooked their plans/success to the wrong people to drive the ship, multiple layoffs in less than 2 years, morale is in the dumps, questionable reasons for firing individuals, lack of trust from most employees in the company and its goals.
