      Pros

      Very relaxed environment. very nice people.. Good growth.....higher management is easily accessible ... colleagues are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Personal growth of employee is very limited. Schedules are rarely followed and middle management is almost missing ..scope for lot of improvement in management

      Pros

      Family-friendly. A lot of "personal touch". Senior management is willing to invest in new process, technologies and training with an eye toward the long-term. Improving customer service is a key focus. The company has done well over the decades without the business best practices that exist because of its superior product set. Now that the process are being upgraded... the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      There is a long history without established business processes. Employees with a longer tenure sometimes seem frozen when asked to formalize a process and follow it, even if there are complications or problems.

      Great place for men to work, Great place to work if you are related to the Robbins Family.

      Cons

      They are Sexist, The only promote Family members, They lack communication, The make promises to clients they cannot keep and then dump the fault on the employees.
