Pros

Paycheck, nothing else comes to mind

Cons

If you are not a catholic or do not have the last names of the owners then your growth is severely stunted. Development department is a JOKE. The manager is very green and does not understand management. No emphasis on quality and project management is another big joke. I am surprised that they are still in business.

Pros

Not many pros here. You work with some good people but also people who have no business being in their current positions, much less management.

Cons

Where to begin?? Terrible management, other than the minority owner, who is great but is spread too thin himself. The products are terrible and they go to market way too soon. Clients leave and they blame the client and not the terrible product. Facilities are horrendous! From being old and run down to very few bathrooms (about 3) for everybody to use. They used to have a reputation for caring for their employees and having little turnover but now they cut people loose and don’t care what effort they give. As long as you are a lap dog to the sales and operations VP then you’ll be okay. Oh, and stop having your marketing team making positive reviews cause it takes away from the actual reviews.

Pros

The revenue growth potential at DataPath is huge. The company is highly focused on its relationships with its clients. Management is easily accessible and very attentive to employee concerns. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Minimal business processes in place, though that is rapidly changing as the company is intensely focused on documenting its processes and streamlining its operations.

Pros

Nasty potlucks where you can fake and eat the food while you browse the internet looking for new jobs

Cons

A good deal of management are there due to nepotism/cronyism and they don't have the work history nor education to be in those particular positions They're suppose to do annual reviews and guaranteed raises. I was about 3 years and never received a review or raise The whole infrastructure of the workforce is out of order which is why they don't really having training; Different people just fall into whatever roles, so when 1 person isn't available to work, it screws up the whole officer and it's an instant emergency They laid off an enormous amount of employees over the last 4 years, due to company finances but the owner makes over 300K annually, not including bonuses. Other upperbrass, personal friends and associates of the family, makes between 100 and 200K+ They also have subtly racist practices
