      Pros

      Good and hard working people in IC and middle management positions. Positive intent by many married with a lack of support by leadership and inconsistent company strategy.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs with little explanation as to why. Over-indexed heavily in some areas of the business and little investment in others creating chaos and misalignment across the business. Lots of consultant-minded people brought in and not enough experience and expertise where needed.
