      Pros

      Very challenging environment in a very successful company. Currently learning on the fly many varied disciplines as the company goes from a startup to a profitable business. Extremely strong product and future.

      Cons

      Lot of hard work is expected. Flat organization but that is considered a pro by some.

      Pros

      Catered lunch and Dinner. They cover a pretty good amount of the healthcare cost

      Cons

      Very long hours even if all projects and work is done, they would rather have you in the office doing nothing then go home at a normal hour. Impossible culture to adjust to if you have any family or life outside of work. Very difficulty personalities to deal with from the company as a whole ( thankless and entitled). CEO often makes you feel uncomfortable with comments like " if you mess this up you are dead to me"
