DataRobot is firing on all cylinders. They've assembled a world-class team with a razor focused mission of building the best enterprise AI platform in the world. Pros include: - Above market rate compensation - Working with some of the best engineers and data scientists in the world - A focus on quality: all the work products produced by this company are top notch, and it is expected you follow suit - everyone almost always goes above and beyond - A supportive, growth oriented culture - it is crystal clear what is expected of you, by when, and how you need to get there, and people support you every step of the way - everyone is friendly, smart, supportive - Culture once again - DataRobot goes the extra mile in terms of supporting and empowering employees, whether that is through education assistance, personalized growth programs, and more - I haven't seen a company go this far in supporting its employees, especially a startup I honestly cannot list many cons if any. The only cons are related to the hard work and lifestyle the job requires, and that is a personal decision one must make when joining a company such as this.

Cons: - Long hours and hard work - if you want a job where you can coast, this isn't for you - Similarly, high burn rate, frequent deadlines, and an expectation you meet these deadlines with a high-quality work product - There is a really large and difficult process to ramp into the company - you must pass five rigorous certifications back to back, on top of normal working duties and a series of online training modules - this makes the first few months at the company incredibly demanding and hectic The expectation at the company is that you will give it your all and be more than fairly rewarded for it.
