- brilliant people to work with - great leadership team with proven success track - amazing sales process in place (best in industry) - outstanding product in an hypergrowth industry - exceptional earning potential - focus on personal and career development with a lot of support and coaching for sales Don't get fooled by the reviews that are saying "super hard working" and think Datarobot is a workaholic company that is just doing hours for the sake of doing hours like some consultancy companies. It's not. This is more about how intense your days will be in terms of the new things you will learn every day, the complexity of the product, the excellence in execution of your work and the brilliance of people you are working with. In Datarobot you will have almost infinite potential to grow financially, career wise and also personally

Cons

-/+ sometimes a bit unclear role boundaries and therefore a lot of hands on, can do mentality necessary. This is not for someone who is looking for boring job ;)
